Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely allergen-free. Consuming raw or undercooked ingredients may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Call us as soon as possible at (413) 783-1109. We can change or cancel an order while it is still being prepared, but once it has gone into the oven or been dispatched with a driver, it can no longer be modified or refunded.
Delivery orders typically arrive in 30–45 minutes depending on preparation time, distance, and how busy the kitchen is. Pickup orders are usually ready in 15–25 minutes. Larger orders (party trays, bundles) may take a little longer.
We accept Cash on delivery/pickup and secure online card payments processed by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex). Your card details are encrypted and never touch our servers, so paying online is safe.
Enter your delivery address at checkout — the system checks it against our delivery zones automatically. If your address is inside our delivery area you will see the delivery fee and estimated time before you pay. You can also switch to pickup and collect your order at the store.
We are open 7 days a week. Opening hours vary by day, so the current day's hours are shown at the top of our website. If ordering for later, the checkout page will only offer time slots when the store is open.
Browse our menu, tap ADD button on any item to customize it (size, toppings, extras), then go to your cart and check out. Choose delivery or pickup, enter your details, pick a payment method, and place your order. You will see a confirmation with your order number right away.
